In the last two weeks, I’ve have four clients tell me that their Mix Fade settings have changed. Please follow these steps to help clear the issue: Disable the onboard soundcard Open the “Run” dialog box by pressing and holding the Windows key, then press the R key (“Run”). Type devmgmt.msc. Click on the arrow next to the “Sound, Video and Game Controllers” heading to expand its nodes. Right-click on your internal sound card and then select the “Disable” option from its context menu.
